Because we craft our Custom Corsets precisely to your specific preferences and measurements, all sales are final; these corsets are not refundable or exchangeable.
Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order Corsets are not refundable, but you may exchange them within 30 days of the in-store purchase date, or the shipping date for online sales. (All shipped corsets will be insured and have tracking numbers.)
Please try on your Ready-to Wear corset over a t-shirt to determine if it fits. We cannot accept exchanges on any corset that has been worn next to the skin, used in any way or altered.
If your Ready-to-Wear Corset does not meet with your satisfaction, please make sure to call us immediately, and send us the corset within 30 days of the original purchase or shipping date to order a different style, size or color.
Please send us the original corset in its original packaging, with your invoice number (or at least your name, address, phone number and email address). For your protection, REMEMBER TO INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGE. Until it reaches us, you are responsible for it.
Upon receipt of the original corset, we will ship your new corset. Since shipping can be costly, we’ll split it with you: The shipping and insurance costs to return a corset are your responsibility, and Dark Garden will cover shipping and insurance costs to send you the exchanged corset.
Should you decide that the exchanged corset is also not suitable, you may exchange it again, but we ask that you cover all additional shipping and insurance costs. If you prefer, you may return the corset at your expense, and apply the funds to a Custom Corset.
Please understand that we cannot accept items that have obviously been used or altered. If we receive any such items, we will mark the box “Return to Sender” and send it back to you.
