The Signature Separates line suits budgets of $2–4,000 for ensembles and features dresses, skirts – even trousers. The Dark Garden Difference

Each corset is expertly sewn on-site in our Hayes Valley boutique atelier. We create styles for every size, age, gender, and aesthetic. Top Three Styles
In most cases, an overbust is the popular choice for a formal foundation corset. Overbust corsets offer strapless support, lifting the bust from below without creating irregular bands of pressure. In a bespoke fit, even a daring low back can be accommodated.
The ValentineWhen your hourglass is more than half full, you need a Valentine. Like our popular Sweetheart, this lovely corset offers excellent bust support, reduces the waist and smooths the hips. It makes a perfect foundation for wedding gowns and strapless dresses. |
The Dollymop AmeliaThe Amelia takes her name from our favorite aviatrix, the daring Ms. Earhart. A sleek wool and leather combination, the smooth and uplifting bustline of the Amelia is accentuated by the gently scooped neckline which is recommended for small to moderately full bustlines. |
The AzizaThe Aziza is an exquisite choice for evening and wedding ensembles. The diagonal seam lines both accentuate the waistline and offer excellent bust support and definition. The Aziza is suitable for all bust lines, but particularly shines with fuller busts. |

Kalico DelafayDollymop for Dark GardenKalico Delafay is a Dark Garden veteran, and designer of our Dollymop line since 2009. Kalico's sculptural looks utilize a strong sense of color and texture matching to create an artful mélange in each ensemble. Dark Garden devotees will recognize her hand in our fashion show direction since 2010. |
Autumn AdammeFounderDark Garden's proprietress and lead designer is Autumn Adamme. No one has more experience fitting corsets than Miss Dark Garden, nor more experience in designing beautiful corseted ensembles for every body. Autumn creates polished, textural looks, with a focus on historical inspirations. |
Marianne FaulknerPop Antique for Dark GardenMarianne Faulkner is Dark Garden's second Associate Designer, and our Couture Coordinator. She oversees every custom ensemble we create. Those she designs herself are silhouette-focused, with clean lines, bright pops of color or dapper tailored details, often with mid-century inspiration. |
