Shipping & Returns
We ship our corsets with insurance for their full value. Signature Confirmation will be required for delivery. Please note that orders shipped internationally are subject to duties as defined by your country.
Because we craft our Bespoke Corsets precisely to your specific preferences and measurements, all sales are final once fitting work has begun. This includes deposits made through the website.
Standard fit corsets are refundable within 14 days of receipt, if unworn. Please try on your corset over a t-shirt to determine if it fits. We cannot accept exchanges on any corset that has been worn next to the skin, used in any way or altered.
If your standard fit corset does not meet with your satisfaction, please make sure to call us immediately, and send us the corset within 14 days of the original purchase or shipping date to order a different style, size or color.
Please send us the original corset in its original packaging, with your invoice number (or at least your name, address, phone number and email address). For your protection, REMEMBER TO INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGE. Until it reaches us, you are responsible for it.
Upon receipt of the original corset, we will refund the purchase price or issue an exchange. Since shipping can be costly, we’ll split it with you: The shipping and insurance costs to return a corset are your responsibility, and Dark Garden will cover shipping and insurance costs to send you the exchanged corset.
Should you decide that the exchanged corset is also not suitable, you may exchange it again, but we ask that you cover all additional shipping and insurance costs. If you prefer, you may return the corset at your expense, and apply the funds to a Bespoke corset.
Please understand that we cannot accept items that have obviously been used or altered. If we receive any such items, we will mark the box “Return to Sender” and send it back to you.
