Before you book...
Why does it cost $50 to make some appointments?
A $50 payment is required to book select appointments, in acknowledgment of the valuable time both client and designer are putting into a consultation. If the client misses the appointment or is more than 20 minutes late, the fee will not be returned. Otherwise, the $50 serves as a deposit toward your dream creation!
Where do I go for my video consultation?
Please let us know your preferred video chat platform by emailing [email protected] or texting 415-943-2448. If we do not receive a preference, we will send a link for GoogleMeet 15 minutes before your appointment.
What time should I book my appointment for?
On SimplyBookMe, appointment time slot options show up in your own local time zone. Please adjust backwards/forwards if you are in a time zone different from that of the boutique you would like to visit.
• Ex: You want to book a 12pm appointment in New Orleans. You are in NYC, so you book for 1pm, adjusted for the time difference.
• Ex: You want to book a 12pm appointment in San Francisco. You are in Chicago, so you book for 2pm, adjusted for the time difference.
Please note that we recommend allowing 20 minutes for parking.
Why does my appointment time appear different from what I booked?
Your personal calendar reminder will appear in your local time zone, but as we are a California-based company, the appointment email confirmation will appear in Pacific time.
What kind of appointment do I need?
I want to walk out with a corset:
We recommend booking a free Corset Fitting Experience! You’ll try on our off-the-rack options and chat with your stylist about what fits your needs, and we’ll do our best to help you walk out with a beautiful, comfortable corset or have one on the way.
I want my corset within 3 months:
We recommend booking a free Corset Fitting Experience! If our off-the-rack options don’t work for you, you’ll work with your stylist to design the personalized corset of your dreams, tailored to you in fit, fabrication or both.
We also offer Remote Video Consultations. If you can’t make it to our shop for a fitting, we’re happy to consult with you remotely. We can guide you through self-measuring as well as style and fabric selection.
I’m willing to wait longer than 3 months for a completely custom corset:
You’ll want a Bespoke Corset Consultation. Bespoke corsets are our white glove service option: they start at $3750 and come with a turnaround of approximately 6 months. These can take place in-person or remotely.
I want an entirely custom ensemble:
You’ll need a Couture Consultation to get started on this! We encourage you to browse through our designer galleries in advance of your appointment.
I want to daydream about a future corset, but I’m not ready to buy yet:
