Corset Extras - Spiral Boning

Exchange flat boning to spiral for a corset with more flexibility. While we default for flat bones in most placements for stability (the intrinsic purpose of boning in a corset!), spirals may be preferable for corset wearers with protruding ribs or for performers who require increased ease of movement. They’re also responsive to subtle physical asymmetry and may be more resilient in corsets of extreme waist reduction.

You may have experienced spiral boning in the busk seam of overbust corsets, or on the Eden style (visible particularly in the rib curve). This upgrade adds spiral boning throughout your chosen corset.
